Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thedermalclinique@outlook.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will need to return the product at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please contact us within 14 days of your order date.

Refunds
We are happy to offer a store credit or refund on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 14 days of your order date.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Change of mind

If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. 

You can choose between a store credit or refund.

 

Allergy return

In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.You can choose between a store credit or refund.
